CINDY
OFFICE MANAGER AND SURGICAL COORDINATOR
RADIOLOGY (MRI, CT SCANS, AND OTHER TESTING) AND ORTHOTIC/ BRACING COORDINATOR
Cindy has been with the practice for over ten years and works closely with the doctors, staff, and patients to ensure our patients are well cared for.
Cindy ensures procedures are appropriately scheduled, all the pre surgical tests and insurance verification for procedures have been cleared, and that post operative appointments are scheduled. Cindy will call you after procedures and make sure all is going well. She is available to answer any question you have regarding the surgical process and insurance verification.
Cindy also supervises all orthotic and brace fabrication and distribution to all office locations. She is available to answer any question you may have about your orthotics or brace.
Cindy will verify, schedule, and coordinate MRI and other testing with your insurance and the facility.
In addition, Cindy assists with scheduling new patient appointments for all office locations. Cindy is available to discuss any matter other than billing.
TAMAR
BILLING MANAGER
Tamar is responsible for all billing matters. This includes submitting claims to insurance, posting payments to your account, and generating bills that you may be responsible for. If you have any question regarding a bill or insurance claim please contact Tamar.
In addition Tamar assists in scheduling appointments for all office locations.
FIORELIS
PRIMARY ASSISTANT TO DR. BAR-DAVID
Fiorelis has been with the practice for 3 years. Fiorelis first came to the practice as one of Dr. Bar-David's surgical patients. She had such a positive experience that she trained to become Dr. Bar-David's primary assistant. Fiorelis engages all the patients in a professional and warm manner to ensure that the patients experience will be excellent.
DAHIANA
PRIMARY ASSISTANT TO DR. FRIDMAN
Dahiana is Dr. Fridman's primary assistant. Dahiana will go out of her way to greet all patients in the office when they register. She assists Dr. Fridman to ensure that all patients have a great experience and works hard. Dahiana engages all patients in a professional and warm manner to ensure that the patients' experience will be excellent.
